B1S / B2S / B1T / B2T Bourdon Tube Pressure Switches

Barksdale B1S, B2S, B1T and B2T Bourdon tube pressure switches provide accurate control at high industrial pressures. Choose stripped models with free leads, or NEMA 4 housed models with an internal terminal strip. Single-setpoint models use one SPDT circuit; dual-setpoint models use two independently adjustable SPDT circuits.

• 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube and process fitting.
• Six catalog pressure ranges through 18,000 psi for housed models; five directly configurable stripped ranges through 12,000 psi.
• Accuracy: ±1% of adjustable range from 32 to 110°F; consult catalog for performance outside that band.
• Operating temperature: -40 to 165°F (-40 to 74°C).
• Standard process connection: 1/4-inch NPT female on ranges 12/32/48; superpressure fitting for 1/4-inch OD tube on ranges 65/120/180.
• Optional -P4 1/4-inch NPT female connection on ranges 65/120/180.
• Optional NEMA 4X enclosure on B1T/B2T only.
• Optional oxygen cleaning and factory preset; S switch offers adjustable differential.
• Optional housed-model UL/CSA approval is limited to 300 VAC and unavailable with A switches or ranges 120/180.

Pressure setpoint and proof pressure are separate limits. The catalog lists 18,000 psi stripped-model setpoints against a 15,000 psi proof limit; that stripped range requires factory confirmation and is not offered in the selector. The approval table and footnote also conflict for stripped models, so stripped-model agency approval requires confirmation.
