C9612 / C9622 Visual Indicating Sealed Piston Pressure Switches
Single- or dual-setpoint sealed piston pressure switches for rapid cycling, with NEMA 3 aluminum housings, ranges to 3000 psi and optional terminal-strip junction box.
Barksdale C9612 and C9622 sealed piston pressure switches provide long-life pressure control for rapid-cycling industrial applications. C9612 provides one setpoint; C9622 provides two independently adjustable setpoints. Optional T-prefix models add a JIC junction box with terminal strip.
- Accuracy: ±2% of adjustable range.
- SPDT snap-action switching: single circuit on C9612; dual circuit on C9622.
- Class B switch rating: 10 A at 125, 250 or 480 VAC; 0.03 A at 250 VDC. Optional approved constructions are limited to 300 VAC.
- Nickel-plated aluminum fitting, 416 stainless steel piston and Buna-N O-ring; EPR or Viton O-rings available.
- NEMA 3 anodized aluminum enclosure with tamper-proof adjustment cover.
- Standard 1/4-inch NPT female process connection; 18-inch free leads or optional terminal-strip junction box.
- Operating temperature: -20 to 165°F (-29 to 74°C).
Choose the range using the required increasing or decreasing setpoint and deadband. Proof pressure is 3000 psi on ranges -0/-1 and 7000 psi on -2/-3. Optional CSA certification, oxygen cleaning, mounting-bracket omission, custom lead length and factory preset are available. Confirm the factory preset and required approval coverage with Mod-Tronic before ordering.
