CD1H / CD2H Calibrated Dial Diaphragm Pressure Switches

Barksdale CD1H and CD2H diaphragm switches combine calibrated dial adjustment with stainless steel wetted parts and a NEMA 4 anodized aluminum enclosure. Choose a single SPDT circuit or two independently adjustable SPDT circuits. VCD models are for vacuum service; HCD models provide the catalogued Class I, Division II hermetic switch option for pressure service.

• Accuracy: ±0.5% of the adjustable range.
• Pressure ranges through 150 psi; lowest 2SS range is specified in inches of water.
• Vacuum models: 0.34–6 or 1.6–30 inHg increasing setpoints.
• 304 stainless steel fitting and 17-7 PH stainless steel diaphragm.
• Standard 1/4-inch NPT female process port; optional 1/2-inch NPT female.
• NEMA 4 housing; optional NEMA 4X.
• Operating temperature: -40 to 165°F (-40 to 74°C).
• Standard A/H switches: 10 A at 125/250 VAC and 3 A at 480 VAC. Optional switch ratings differ.
• Oxygen cleaning, extra wire length and factory preset options.

The manufacturer catalog lists UL and CSA approvals; confirm the required approval for the selected construction with Mod-Tronic. Configurators exclude the A switch on 2SS and hermetic switches on 2SS or vacuum models. GH descriptions conflict in the current ordering sheet, and AA is referenced without ratings; these switch options require factory confirmation.
