CSP Compact Low Pressure Switches
Compact low-pressure switches with brass fittings, SPST or SPDT contacts, ranges from 3–7 to 25–150 psi and field-adjustable or factory-set construction.
Barksdale CSP compact pressure switches provide low-pressure switching for water, pneumatic and industrial control applications. Choose CSP1 for field adjustment or CSP2 for a confirmed factory setpoint, with SPST normally open, SPST normally closed or SPDT contacts.
- Three adjustable ranges: 3–7, 5–30 and 25–150 psi.
- Accuracy: ±3% of full setpoint range; 350 psi maximum proof pressure.
- Brass process fitting with Buna-N, Viton or EPDM diaphragm.
- Five process-connection choices and free-lead, DIN, spade, Deutsch or Weather Pack electrical connections.
- Operating temperature: -20 to 176°F (-29 to 80°C); UL maximum ambient temperature 131°F (55°C).
- DIN connector IP65; exposed terminals IP00. Optional IP67 construction is available only on free-lead models.
- UL recognized component coverage depends on configuration; gold contacts and Weather Pack options are not UL rated.
Select the contact form before the electrical connector: two-pin connectors are for SPST; DIN and three-pin connectors are for SPDT. For CSP2, confirm the setpoint and rising or falling operation with Mod-Tronic before ordering. Factory preset codes must be confirmed; a blank preset field is suitable only for a field-adjustable CSP1.
