KLK / KLM Compact Factory-Set Pressure Switches

Barksdale KLK piston and KLM diaphragm seal switches are compact OEM pressure switches with tamper-proof factory settings. These European-standard versions use metric or G-thread process connections. Confirm regional availability and the required factory setpoint with Mod-Tronic.

• KLK increasing setpoint ranges: 30–100, 60–300 or 150–400 bar; typical repeatability ±1%.
• KLM increasing setpoint ranges: 1–6, 5–25 or 10–40 bar; typical repeatability ±2%.
• KLK maximum operating pressure: 300 or 400 bar by range; short-term proof pressure 450 or 600 bar.
• KLM standard maximum operating pressure: 40 bar; proof pressure 80 bar. Optional HP construction raises these limits to 150 and 200 bar respectively.
• M12 x 1.5 male or G1/4 male process connection.
• S1 three-pin-plus-earth connector to EN 175301-803 C, or K2 silicone cable, 600 mm long.
• S1 protection IP65; K2 protection IP67 with optional IP69K.
• Silver or gold-plated microswitch contacts; KLK NBR seal, KLM FKM, CR or EPDM options.
• EXI intrinsically safe option: maximum 28 V and 50 mA; follow the applicable certificate and installation requirements.

Specify the desired rising or falling switching point and required hysteresis with your inquiry; setpoints are factory adjusted and are not represented by an additional catalog part-number suffix. KLK standard temperature range is -40 to 80°C; KLM is -20 to 80°C. EXI temperature and electrical limits differ; confirm the selected construction. The configurators restrict HP to KLM and IP69K to K2 cable.
