Pressure Limit:

Series 9000: 150 psi (10.3 bar); Series 9020: up to 350 psi (24.1 bar). Ratings vary with series, flow pattern and configuration.

Pneumatic or hydraulic fluids/gases; Series 9000 and 9020 pressure ratings differ by model and flow pattern.

Range:

Series 9000 non-interflow: minimum passage 3/16 in, Cv 0.52, air/oil rated pressure 150 psi. Series 9020 interflow: 3/8 in, Cv 2.3, rated pressure 350 psi (table values).

Proof Pressure | Burst Pressure:

Proof: 1.5x working pressure except return port. Burst: 2x working pressure except return port (300 psi / 20.7 bar maximum).

Options:

Manual operation; closed- or open-center flow pattern; 2-position 90° rotation, spring return to center/reverse, panel bracket and handle options.

Temperature Range:

-40 to +250°F (-40 to +121°C).

Piping Connections:

1/4, 3/8 or 1/2 in NPT process ports. Handle rotation: 90°, with 45° each side of center.

Overpressure, Burst, Vacuum Service:

Return-port back pressure must not exceed 250 psi (17.2 bar) for satisfactory operation.

Wetted Materials:

Pressure seals: brass; rotor: hard-anodized aluminum; body: aluminum die cast (anodized option); standard O-rings: Buna-N.

Confirm series, interflow selection, port size, flow pattern and detent or spring-return arrangement with Mod-Tronic. Return-port back pressure must not exceed 250 psi; the Series 9020 manipulator rating is lower than the main-valve rating. Standard models; confirm availability.
