UDS3V3 Electronic Pressure Switch

Barksdale UDS3V3 electronic pressure switches provide four configurable SPDT relay outputs and an optional analog output in a cast-aluminum housing. The eight-digit, 14-segment LCD includes a bargraph and trend indication. Parameters are configured through the keypad, with selectable pressure units and a keypad lock.

• Standard catalogued ranges: 0–10, 0–50, 0–100, 0–200, 0–400 and 0–600 bar.
• Four changeover relay outputs; choose no analog output, 4–20 mA, or 0–10 V.
• Linearity error: ±0.5% full scale at 25°C; repeatability ±0.1% full scale.
• Stainless steel wetted parts, standard FKM seals and G1/4 female bottom-entry process connection.
• 18–32 VDC power supply; 14-pin plug-in screw terminal.
• IP65 protection; cast-aluminum electronics housing.
• Medium temperature -25 to 100°C; electronics -10 to 70°C.
• 1000 samples per second; analog output scalable from 25% to 100% of full scale.

The configurator maps each standard range/output combination directly to its manufacturer order number, beginning 0423-. All listed combinations include four relays and G1/4 female connection. Absolute-pressure, vacuum, 1/4-inch NPT and EPDM versions require factory confirmation because their order numbers are not listed in the standard table.
