D1S / D2S / D1H / D2H Diaphragm Pressure Switches

Barksdale D1S, D2S, D1H and D2H diaphragm switches provide accurate snap-action control of low pressure or vacuum. Choose stripped NEMA 1 construction for integration into equipment, or housed NEMA 4 construction for industrial installations. Single-setpoint models use one SPDT circuit; dual-setpoint models provide two independently adjustable SPDT circuits.

• Accuracy: ±0.5% of the adjustable range.
• Pressure ranges up to 150 psi; vacuum service available with range 3SS only.
• 304 stainless steel fitting and 17-7 PH stainless steel diaphragm; standard 1/4-inch NPT female process connection.
• Operating temperature: -40 to 165°F (-40 to 74°C).
• Standard A/H limit switches: 10 A at 125/250 VAC and 3 A at 480 VAC; optional switches have different ratings.
• Optional NEMA 4X enclosure on housed models, oxygen cleaning, extra wire length and factory preset.
• Optional UL: Recognized components for stripped models; Listed for housed models. Availability depends on switch and range.
• H-prefix versions are catalogued for Class I, Division II with compatible limit switches; pressure service only. H-prefix stripped models have no agency approval.
