Minco S239610 RTD and TS239620 thermistor probes provide fast temperature sensing for aircraft environmental systems and fluid-temperature measurements. Both use AISI 304/304L external surfaces, a fully hermetic construction and a MIL-DTL-38999 connector.

S239610 RTD: platinum sensing, -55 to 300°C continuous operation; short-duration excursions up to 500°C are described in the manufacturer’s datasheet.
TS239620 thermistor: 10,000-ohm sensing, -55 to 260°C continuous operation, with frequent excursions to 300°C.

Model Selection

S239610 is the RTD probe; TS239620 is the thermistor probe. The two model numbers are listed directly for quotation. Choose the sensing technology appropriate to your application and request a quotation.

Qualification and Application Review

The manufacturer provides model-specific RTCA DO-160G qualification categories. Sections 16–21 are omitted from the qualification tables because they require consideration with other system components; sections 23 and 25 are listed as not applicable. Review the detailed qualification tables and dimensional drawings in the locally hosted datasheet for the intended installation.

Excursion temperatures are separate from continuous-use ratings. Custom single/dual element arrangements and element characteristics should be confirmed with Mod-Tronic for the application.
