Rotating Bolt Temperature Sensors
Bolt-on RTDs with a Swivelling Leadwire Assembly
Minco S241030–S241033 rotating bolt temperature sensors simplify surface-temperature measurements on engines, compressors, generators and industrial machinery. The cable rotates independently inside the stainless-steel housing, reducing wire twisting and strain while the bolt is tightened in confined installations.
- Imperial 1/4-20 or metric M6 x 1 mounting threads.
- Nickel 100-ohm or platinum 100/1000-ohm RTD elements.
- Two, three or four leads with PTFE, stainless-steel braid and FEP cable options.
- Standard models S241030/S241031 and Ex-certified models S241032/S241033.
Operating temperature depends on the selected model, element and cable. Elastomer-filled E cable is limited to 125°C and 144 inches. Choose the required cable family in the model table; see Specifications for the complete limits. Feedthroughs and custom terminations are available by inquiry.
